Inbound Connect is very proud to have been selected as the winner of the Supply Chain Innovation & Technology category at the prestigious 2023 DCN Australian Shipping & Maritime Awards, held in Sydney on November 15.
This award recognises excellence and innovation in the supply chain, including advances in digital solutions to improve supply chain processes, interfaces with regulatory authorities or initiatives in cyber security as well as technology advances in the movement of freight or commodities at ports or logistics hubs.
This is always a highly competitive category, with all the finalists bringing significant technology and innovation outcomes, and this year was no exception. With the demand for technology and innovation in logistics and supply chain constantly increasing, this category is likely to remain keenly contested. This year, other finalists included companies such as Maersk, Patrick, Qube and Victoria International Container Terminal.
The judges, a panel of industry experts, decided that Inbound Connect should win the award for 2023 based on the quality of the outcomes we have achieved, as well as the innovations we continue to bring to the industry. As well as our ground-breaking vehicle booking and visibility system for the broader supply chain, the judges were impressed with the positive change we have encouraged into the industry in the areas of efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance. Our payments and document management modules also rates special mention.
We would sincerely like to thank the DCN and the judges for their vote of confidence in the Inbound Connect’s technology solutions. And of course we’d like to thank all of our clients and users for their ongoing support.
Inbound Connect will continue to innovate and bring positive change through technology to the logistics and supply chain industry in Australia and beyond.
